SIRO HOME is excited to introduce our in-home/office curbside delivery service.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and safest, most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items to be transparent with delivery times and always reliable and hassle-free.
Orders must be a minimum of $1500 TTD to qualify for FREE delivery. A standard delivery fee of $50 TTD will be applied to ALL other orders of a lesser total ($0.00 - $1499.00 TTD). Any addition delivery fees that may be applied based on weight or destination proximity from store locations will be transparent. The exact amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business days are considered Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier delivery practices, delivery location and the items ordered.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
All items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We very thoroughly inspect all items prior to delivery to ensure that they are in perfect condition. All deliveries are handled with the utmost care during the delivery process.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect.
We do not issue refunds of any sort, only exchanges or store credit. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product if available or issue you store credit.
Store Credit & Exchange Policy
If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect, we will accept the item for exchange or store credit with proof of purchase within 3 business days. Any item discovered defective after 3 business days is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.
